We have recently updated the Site Audit tool with a new statistics widget that displays the HTTP status codes distribution for a website.
This widget can be easily found under the ‘Statistics’ tab. Just click on the ‘Graph’ button.
What did we design it for? This report can help SEO experts tell if a website’s architecture is poor due to redirect overuse. Also, it allows you to identify how significant a broken link’s impact is compared to the number of pages crawled.
This chart is clickable and it leads to a crawled pages report, filtered by HTTP status codes.
You can send this report to potential customers to show them how many problems with broken links they have compared to their healthy pages.
We hope this update improves your SEO experience! Please let us know what you think by sharing your comments and suggestions at site-audit-feedback@semrush.com.
